Check out the programmes available, have a plan, and keep an eye on the diary. It's so easy to start a programme in the app, which makes it a lot easier to stick to overtime. Move workouts around if you miss them and don't miss a workout for a hot streak! So much to choose from for all levels you are guaranteed to find a programme that suits you. Home workouts and gyms workouts included!
Access on-demand meal plans that include macros, shopping lists, ingredients, and how to cook the meals! Download these to your phone and use them when needed. Maybe you just want to control your macros and upload photos to the app for personal record, that's cool too. All of which keeping you accountable towards your gainz!
Whether you want to type in every weight you lift or only keep yourself for personal bests, you can enter this within the app to keep you progressing and accountable.

It's true, sometimes we get so caught up in life that we forget about our fitness! In the app you can turn on notifications that will ping you at a time that suits you best. No more losing gainz!
Most don't like before and afters as they tend not to like how they look when they start, however, when you're committed to change, you'll want to look back on your self at some point to see how awesome you've become over time. Our app has a built in before and after feature which is ace!
No matter the progression, we like to get told once in a while that we're doing great! The app will tell you when you've achieved PB's and will give you mini achievements as you go along over time. ( That's 42 minutes complete, congrats on 10 workouts, etc )
There's a number of ways in the app to record food. Macro tracking, picture uploads, charts, and even integrations from other fave apps like MyFitness Pal if you wish. Either way, you'll be able to track your food no problemo within the HabitGainz app which will be awesome alongside your Habitgainz meal plans!
